Roasted Chicken Thighs
Ingredients: 8 boneless skinless chicken thighs Salt Pepper Paprika Garlic powder Directions: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper. Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels. Lay thighs flat in the pan. Sprinkle all 4 spices onto the chicken. Using a food glove, pat the spices into the meat. Flip the thighs, and repeat the seasonings on the top side. Again, pat the spices into the meat. Bake for 15 minutes. Flip the chicken thighs, and bake another 10 minutes. Serves 4 - 6
