GRILLED FILET MIGNON
Ingredients: 2 pieces of grass-fed filet mignon (8 oz. each) olive oil salt pepper garlic salt Directions: Prepare grill to high heat. Brush both sides of steaks with olive oil in a pan. Place meat on hot grill. Sprinkle liberally with salt, pepper, and garlic salt. Grill for 6 minutes on first side. Flip and season second side. Grill about 6 minutes on second side. Serves 2 - 4
