Cheese Wrap

CHEESE WRAP
 
Ingredients:
 
¼ cup packaged shredded cheddar cheese (Kraft)
 
Directions:
 
Line a small bowl with parchment (for easy clean-up).
Microwave the cheese in the bowl for 10 seconds.
Stir it with a spoon.
Microwave another 10 seconds.
Form the cheese into a ball (using food gloves).
Place on a sheet of parchment paper.
Place another sheet on top.
Allow the cheese to cool for about 20 seconds.
Use your finger to spread the cheese out in a circular motion, making it an even thickness to form a 5 inch circle.
Use a scissors to trim the parchment to fit in a zip-lock sandwich bag.
Refrigerate for at least 5 minutes.
Use as a roll for hot dogs or sausages.
 
Note: Let the meat rest for a while before wrapping it.  Otherwise, the cheese will start to melt.
