Ingredients: 1 large beaten egg 1 clove of garlic or 1 tsp. Better than Bouillon Roasted Garlic Base 2/3 cup shredded asiago cheese ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese 3 tbsp. fresh Italian parsley chopped 1 tsp. salt ½ tsp. ground black pepper 1 lb. ground chicken
Directions: Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a medium bowl, beat the egg. Mix in the garlic (or base), asiago cheese, parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper. Add the ground chicken and mix well. Using food gloves, form mixture into 16 meatballs. Bake on parchment paper in a rectangular pan for 20 minutes.
Serve with tomato sauce or cut into smaller pieces and add to one of the cream based soups.
